Formula by Khabir Southwick, [Registered] Integrative Ayurveda Doctor & [herbal] Pharmacist, a clinical herbalist (27 years) at KhabirsClinic.com Slimming Detox Weight Loss TeaCleanses colon, liver & kidneys Suppresses AppetiteStabilizes Blood SugarIncreases Metabolism Drink 1 cup each night for about 14 daysIf constipated make the tea stronger if not constipated, make the tea weakerTake another cup in the day if needed (it is not a strong laxative) NOTE: Use LOSE IT WEIGHT LOSS TEA in the morning and APPETITE CONTROL TEA between meals and after dinner It helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce cravings, increase metabolism, and is NOT stimulating (no caffeine). Usage: 1 cup a day every evening works well. (3 oz sealed 11 oz bag) This formula is quite complex as there are many herbs to achieve different actions that result in weight loss. Dandelion and burdock will improve liver function, thin the bile, and will improve the digestion of fat and oil. The most powerful weight loss herb is the extremely sour Garcineia cambogia which due to its hot and sour qualities, increases metabolism, reduces blood fats, and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. The small amount of Senna and Cascara Sagrada cleanses out the colon and gets the bowels moving. Fenugreek and Cinnamon are added to make the formula more effective in stabilizing blood sugar levels in the body. Furthermore, ginger is added to make the formula warmer, and lemon peel is added for taste and the reduction of mucus. 100% Organic ingredients: Dandelion Root and leaf, Burdock Root, Garcinia Fruit, Juniper Berry, cascara sagrada, Senna Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Fenugreek, Ginger Root, Lemon Peel. For testimonials, see: khabirsclinic.com/weight-loss-cases Take 1-2 tsp of loose-leaf tea place it into a cup directly, a strainer ball, or an empty tea bag, and steep in boiling water (typically 5-15 minutes or longer is ok). Add honey to taste. ATTENTION: A weight loss detox tea should be more than just some laxative like senna; it would also help improve liver and kidney function, and most importantly, it needs herbs like Garcinia Cambogia. The formula should have herbs to manage sugar levels and help with cravings like cinnamon and fenugreek. By the way, green tea or Yerba Mate should NOT be in a “detox” tea since these stimulating herbs will not help with weight loss, and then you can’t take the formula at night, which is the best time to take a “detox” tea. Furthermore, more dried fruits and flowers like roses and even leaves like raspberry leaf will not help you detox. You need roots, bark, seeds, and potent berries. ———This product has been successfully used for years in the clinics of Khabir Southwick aka Herbman, a Registered Herbal Pharmacist and an Ayurvedic Doctor.
