Not suitable for those with anxiety or poor sleep. Usage: 2 or 3 cups a day works well. (3 oz or 2 oz sealed bag) * Lots of testimonials! A proven formula!! “I have lost 12 lbs so far since starting the tea . . !” Harjot Kaur, Sanger CA “I’ve even lost 10 pounds since starting the with the tea!” Christine MacInnes, Glendive. MT This formula is quite complex as there are many herbs to achieve different actions that result in weight-loss. The most powerful herb is the extremely sour Garcineia cambogia which due to its hot and sour qualities, increases metabolism, reduces blood fats and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. This powerful dried fruit is backed by Gymnema Sylvestre which is well known to lower blood sugar levels and reduce sugar cravings. Chickweed is also used as a known diuretic which reduces swelling and water retention, thus, water weight. Additionally, Eleuthero Root and Dao Ren Green Tea make up about half the formula so the formula is quite stimulating. Basically the formula suppresses your appetite and gives you plenty of energy to get moving. Of course, the eleuthero is a type of ginseng and thus a Adaptogen so it is much more gentle on the nervous system than caffeine. When Herb Man does use Green tea he prefers [organic] Dao Ren Green Tea which is not as bitter as some green teas. To make the formula more effective in stabilizing blood sugar levels in the body Fenugreek and Cinnamon are added Furthermore, ginger is added to make the formula warmer and sativa is added for taste and mild stimulation. This is a powerful formula and not recommended for anyone who is not at least 30 lb of weight including some water retention. Thus, if you are very dry and someone dehydrated you should avoid this tea. Furthermore, if you have anxiety or even poor sleep you should not use this tea. This formula can expedite weight loss if supported by the appropriate diet. 100% Organic ingredients: Eleuthero Root, Dao Ren Green Tea, Garcinia Cambogia, Gymnema Sylvestre, Chickweed, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Ginger Root, Stevia. Take 1-2 TSP of loose-leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room), however this tea is better tasting with shorter steeps, between 5-10 minutes, as longer steeping times may cause certain herbs to become bitter tasting. Add honey and sugar to taste.
